
Sorry to be so late posting this. The last week has not gone as I had planned, and this got lost. Our March program presenting Dr. Evan Caminker, Dean Emeritus and Branch Rickey Collegiate Professor of Law, University of Michigan Law School, was postponed when North Carolina's Supreme Court decided to re-address the issue after the state supreme court party balance changed. The US Supreme Court surprised many by decided the issue on June 27, 2023. Dr. Caminker will join us to address the original questions and the implications of the court's decision.
