The Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) is searching for the next member of its Outreach team.  RHPL has an opening for an outreach librarian with a focus on our mini-branches.  If working with a wide range of ages and providing outreach to the community is your passion, and you want to work with a vibrant and innovative team, this is the position for you.  The outreach librarian is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, and is responsible for recruiting and training senior residence volunteers, overseeing operations at our mini-branches, and "bringing the library to you" with our community bookmobile.

The Rochester Hills Public Library is located in downtown Rochester, MI and is part of The Library Network and the Metro Net Consortium. We utilize the Polaris ILS as our computer system. RHPL is an anchor in the community with a strong commitment to outreach and innovation. The mission of the RHPL is to empower people to explore and create with resources that enlighten, educate, entertain, and inform.
