Hi all--

A question about a liability form turned into our working on a policy for PR which is tied to a form giving consent to use photographs.  The PR  and media policy is fine, but we're having difficulty in figuring out procedures for storing and accessing consent and liability forms.  

If you have patrons sign release of liability forms, or consent forms for photography and use of those photographs, and have found an easy way to access the forms once they've been signed, would you let me know?  I'd like to talk to you about managing these documents.
