For all the public libraries out there,  how do you have your printer(s) set up that the public can print to from the computers they check out?

Are the located somewhere only staff can access them?

Or is it a free for all somewhere everyone is just able to grab prints? 

I am also curious as to how much (if anything) is being charged for black and white print outs as well as color print outs.

If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated!
