Afterschool Partnership are excited to announce the return of
Leap into Science training for public libraries and afterschool program partners.
Participating public libraries and afterschool program partners will receive information and training on what you need to run the Leap “Light & Shadow,” “Wind,” and “Balance” based STEM programs. Registration
will be limited, so be sure to
complete this interest

Thursday, August 25th, for a chance to be selected to attend an in-person training at the Detroit Zoo, on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, from 9:30am-Noon (so pencil that date in for now).
Space is very limited so if your organization is not selected for this round of training, we will move you to the top of the list for the next!
Leap

Registration for accepted organizations will be announced by August 26th. A registration information will be sent to organizations
that have completed the interest

Partner organizations will need to attend a training in-person at the Detroit Zoo on
Wednesday, September 21st, 9:30-Noon, plus encouraged to attend the
quarterly cohort virtual check-in calls, which dates have yet to be determined.
Leap into Science is funded by the National Science Foundation, and led by
The
Franklin Institute. Visit the Leap into Science website,
