We worked with Marty Klubeck of Knowledge Builders. http://www.mkkb.info/ He didn't do a full strategic planning with us but got us started with visioning. He can and has done strategic planning with other organizations. He was very helpful and inspiring too. He also happens to be our Board President so he has strong understanding of libraries.
