My board is still discussing this, but I think they will probably keep my position salaried and any overtime will be paid by dividing my annual salary by annual hours and multiplying by one and a half per hour.  The Dept. of Labor blog has a good discussion on this.  https://blog.dol.gov/2016/05/18/plenty-of-options-with-new-overtime-rule/
