Libraries of all sizes can create a welcoming learning environment for teens using existing space and resources! Using the YALSA Teen Space Guidelines as a foundation for this four-week course, participants will learn how to conduct a community needs assessment
to gauge their teens’ needs and interests, and how to use their own unique resources and library space to most effectively to help teens learn and achieve their goals. Funding options and staffing models for designing a welcoming library environment will also
