Good Morning Everyone,

My board would like to hire an outside consultant to come look at our district to help us create a strategic plan which has not been looked at since 2016. We have an administrative headquarters with eight branches that cover two counties and eight municipal governments. Has anyone ever hired someone like this to help with a project of this magnitude? If so, how did it go and who did you use?
