[Michlib-l] Yoga in the Library

Hello, We are looking into hosting Yoga Sessions in the library and I'm inquiring for some information from library's that are or have hosted yoga session. Was your Yoga Sessions led by a Yoga Instructor, DVD & Staff led, or both? Benefits? Disadvantages? Was there something in place to handle possible injuries? Liability Insurance?
