I am on the Staff Recognition Committee as part of our Strategic Plan. We are going to survey our staff members and see what their personal preference would be for being recognized. We want to come up with a good program that would be sustainable. 

If you are from a Class IV Library and have a Staff Recognition Program in place would you please let me know what you do to recognize your staff and show them that they are appreciated?
