The Ypsilanti District Library is seeking a professional consultant for strategic planning facilitation services.  In conjunction with this project we would also like to arrange a professional telephone survey of library users and non-users.  The telephone survey and the strategic planning facilitation services may be bid separately.  The RFP can be downloaded here:
