Evening Operations and User Services Manager

 

 

Grand Valley State University Libraries seeks an Evening Operations and User Services Manager to provide leadership and support in the Mary Idema Pew Library Learning and Information Commons which opened in July 2013. The purpose of this position is to build continuity between daytime and nighttime operations and to be an accessible resource for colleagues in the department in our efforts to provide the best possible experience to those we serve. The Evening Operations and User Services Manager will be an active participant in a library wide initiative to establish and maintain a proactive and responsive user-centered culture. Regular work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm.
