Crystal Falls District Community Library Director Position

Qualifications:

Education

College degree preferred.  Must have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Qualified candidates must meet the State Aid to Public Libraries certification requirement of a Class 1 library public library director.

Performance Requirements

Works under the direction of the Library Board.  Must possess effective communication skills.  Needs working knowledge of the library’s policies and procedures.  Must have computer skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Managerial, coordination of varied established community literacy programs, customer service, collection management, technology, public relations, financial, professional, and any other duties assigned by the Library Board.

35 hours per week

Salary commensurate with experience

Position begins immediately for training purposes
