We are in the process of revamping and updating our patron computers.  One of the options we are looking at is doing away with the towers and going to a " Session Based Remote Desktop Infrastructure".  Basically, it's putting all the computers on a remote server and handling everything from there instead of each individual tower.

Has anyone done this, or know anyone who has?  We are doing a trial with some borrowed equipment, but I would love real-world knowledge.
