Hello Lovely and Vast Knowledge Base,

Our staff recently had a training on protecting children from sexual abuse. One of my takeaways was that our library needs a Child Protection Policy, to create a more formal set of rules in how our staff behave with kids. We train our staff who work directly with kids on no-gos but I can see that this isn't sufficient. Do you have a policy like this? I want to take a look at what other libraries are doing to mine for great ideas I have not thought of. I know I need to get some lawyer eyes on it at some point!
