Kalamazoo Public Library, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, seeks a Library Director with visionary leadership, strong community engagement skills and financial acumen to lead an organization with 190 staff members and a budget of $15 million. The salary will be in the range of $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 in addition to a comprehensive benefit package. The final salary for the successful candidate will be negotiated and determined based upon proven experience, qualifications, and meeting Board criteria.
