Many of you have already shared the list on either your library’s social media outlets or your personal accounts (thank you!). If you haven’t done so yet, we encourage everyone to do so in order to get the word out. Over the next few months, we will highlight each individual title on our social media accounts so please share those as well. Additional social media graphics will soon be available on the main Michigan Notable Books page so feel free to utilize them once they are uploaded: www.Michigan.gov/NotableBooks.

COVID permitting, we are planning on having the Michigan Notable Books Author Tour later this year. I will send out additional information about the tour (including how libraries can apply to host one of the 2022 authors) over the next few weeks. Night for Notables will also be taking place in-person this year and is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Library of Michigan. We are extending invitations to all the authors of the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Michigan Notable Books lists to be honored at this year’s Night for Notables.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at ostera@michigan.gov. Thank you for all your help and we’re looking forward to another year of showcasing the great stories that come from Michigan!
