Good morning,

I hope that penal fines have made their way to your library. I do have news that Saginaw and Wayne counties have/or are in the process of issuing checks.

I have not heard from the following county Treasurers: Baraga, Chippewa, Emmet, Gladwin, Kalamazoo, Keweenaw, Manistee, Mecosta & Muskegon Counties.

This does not mean that they didn’t distribute fines, it means that I have not received their reporting that is due September 1, 2018.
