[Michlib-l] Interview Questions for Prospective Board Members

Hello, My Board has asked for examples of a scoring rubric, interview questions, or any other tool that your Board may use when evaluating individuals who are interested in serving as a Trustee. Our Board is appointed but our municipalities like to receive a recommendation. We currently have 1 vacancy and three applicants.
