It has been 10 years since my position description was updated (do you think things have changed a bit in that time?)
I am hoping that someone has an updated PD that I can use to update mine. We are a class two library with 40,000 items (including digital); I have two part-time staff, working 20 & 25 hours/week; we are open 40 hours/week. I
Anyone wishing to share their work with me would be most appreciated!
Also looking for a payscale for director – start salary, how raises are determined & implemented, top salary, etc.
