entry. Teens are directed to their local libraries for any questions, so please do review the information below even if you are not submitting an entry on behalf of your teen group. CSLP also provides information online:

The “2017 Teen Video Challenge” for Michigan is open only to legal U.S. residents who are residents of Michigan aged 13 -18. Participants are ineligible if directly related to the panel
of judges for the contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules.
Each participant or group may submit one video per entry. Each entry must include signed model release form(s). All submissions must be received by January
31, 2017. Late entries will not be accepted. A DVD of the video will be requested from the winner.
All music and artwork that the teen/s use must be freely available for legal use, sharing, repurposing and remixing and must be specified as such on the entry form. CSLP (and all CSLP
member affiliates) have permission to use the “2017 Teen Video Challenge” submissions, including all work created and all intellectual property embodied therein, as per the Contest Release form.

CSLP will review all state winners during March 2017. In the spring of 2017, CSLP will award each CSLP approved State Teen Video Challenge Winner’s Public Library a prize worth $50.00
from Upstart.
