There was an article on the front page of the Lansing State Journal last week regarding issues with the legalization of marijuana in Michigan and possible conflicts with drug-free workplace policies, especially if an employee has a medical marijuana card or a patron bringing in or using marijuana.  Have any libraries addressed these issues yet?  If so, would you be willing to share with the list how you plan to handle this?  I am willing to compile responses.
