Greetings,

The next statewide community call for the Stepping Stones Project and the new Michigan Digital Preservation Network will be held on Monday, December 16th from 11am-12pm ET. The call-in information and a draft agenda are below. This will be the final project call for Stepping Stones and the launch call for the new network/community that is already underway and will begin its work in earnest starting in January 2020.

If you haven't yet, now is the time to join the new network communication list being hosted by the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS). You can do that here: http://mail2.mcls.org/mailman/listinfo/mi-digital-preservation.

On the call we will be providing lots of helpful information on how to get involved with the new network, and will be announcing the job posting and search process for the new network's first FTE Coordinator to be hosted by MCLS--thanks to generous LSTA funding from the Library of Michigan. Exciting times ahead for new shared resources and solutions for digital preservation in the state of Michigan and beyond! Join us!
