Writers, teachers, librarians, and those interested in children's literature are invited to attend. The day will be richly filled with inspiring lectures, workshops, discussions, readings, receptions, an alumni showcase, great food, and more. Bauer has written over seventy books for children and young adults and served as one of VCFA's founding faculty members.
