Our City will no longer be allowing our library employees to participate in the City's Healthcare Insurance plans.  We are urgently looking for advice on how to get coverage for our employees.  Our City has suggested that we contact Gallagher Marketplace, but I would prefer to have at least one or two other options, to ensure we are getting good value.

The City's plan was Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we want to provide our staff with something comparable.  I just don't have a clue about how to begin.

Any advice would be welcome.
