Has anyone done a hands on workshop covering how to handle some basic household needs?  Draining your outdoor faucets for winter, cleaning gutters, hanging pictures, changing an air filter on a furnace….

I’d like to reach out to a local business if possible but more importantly I would like someone who can comfortably present and teach.  Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
