Hi all,

We are renovating our annex, a long skinny building with three distinct sections and I’m looking for flooring suggestions for this multi-use space. 

We are planning to replace carpeting in one section, and the flooring in the other two sections will be replaced with some kind of “hard” flooring, possibly LVT. 

All the current flooring takes a beating from food, paint and lots of messy projects. But, we want carpeting in the back section for author talk types of programs. 

What kind of flooring would you recommend for this type of use?

What’s your experience with LVT flooring…good or bad?
