[Michlib-l] Communal sick time and maternal/paternal leave

Good Super Tuesday morning, Happy National Reading Month. I sincerely hope that you are all doing well. If you could please let me know, how many of you have communal sick time pool where non-users of a sick time, could donate some of those hours to users who need it desperately. How many of you have maternal/paternal leave, where it is paid leave and for how long? From what I have learned if under FMLA, one is not paid.
