Hello to all!

Thank you for RSVPing to our donation day tomorrow at Camp Mirage. The available books include fiction and non-fiction, classroom sets, and more. This was previously a private school for grades K-8. These books are in excellent condition.

We want to let you know that, in addition to the thousands of free books we have, we also have other supplies. These include science and math items, office organization supplies, aquarium tanks, bookshelves, tables and chairs, board games, and more. I've included a few photos. We are starting painting and renovations at the end of this month, so everything MUST GO!

Here are some other details you'll need to know for tomorrow:

1. Please bring your EIN number for your school or library. We ask that you fill out a form before you leave, including your organization’s information, so we have it for tax purposes. You will also include all items you are taking with you on this form.
2. Please bring your own boxes, containers, or bags to carry out all of your donations. We do not have any packing materials available.
3. If you think there's a chance you'll be taking larger items, please bring a large enough vehicle and an extra person to help load them into your car.
4. You will enter through the door on the right side of the building near the dumpsters. Please DO NOT use the front entrance; that door will be locked.
5. We have a large parking lot. You can park on the right side of the building along the fence or in the front. I recommend wearing footwear suitable for walking on snow.
