iOs 17.2 has really thrown a wrench in things! Apparently, due to the new update, if a patron returning an iPad used a passcode to lock the iPad screen, the passcode is still required to erase the content and settings. In one instance, a new borrowing patron attempted to download their iCloud data to a newly erased iPad when it required a passcode (from the previous patron).
Has anyone encountered this? Is there a workaround? Thank you!
