Healthy Work, Healthy Mind: Building the Future of Workplace Mental Health in Michigan

On Thursday, LEO's Labor team hosted the first of a special three-part webinar series highlighting their ongoing efforts to improve workplace mental health across Michigan. The series explores the evolution of their work, the launch of new initiatives and the latest data shaping the future of mental wellness at work.

Episode 1: Reflecting on Progress — A Conversation with Sean Egan

Over the past three years, LEO’s Labor team has led statewide efforts to strengthen workplace mental health and foster healthier, more supportive work environments. In this session, Deputy Director of Labor Sean Egan shared an update on the progress made, unveiled the new Healthy Work, Healthy Mind brand and introduce the LEADS program — an exciting new initiative designed to help organizations lead the way in mental health at work.
