I have been given the happy task of announcing Superiorland Co-op's new director. The Board interviewed four outstanding candidates. Pam Christensen's achievements over a 30+ career in our profession, her network of peers across the state, her work with legislators, and her long-time commitment to multi-type cooperation among libraries of diverse size gave Pam the edge. Plus, as one library director put it, she is fearless and has a great sense of humor! Library directors who served on the Search Committee and attended the interviews congratulated the Board on conducting an open and transparent process. The Cooperative staff is very pleased with the outcome and looking forward to new challenges. Pam's first day on the job will be December 14th.
