To get # of circulations for your library: log in to the OverDrive marketplace - https://marketplace.overdrive .com/Reports choose Reports under the Insights tab choose Circulation Activity (in the collection activity box - 2nd from the top) Then choosing Run New Report (toward the bottom right) A box will open with your options - select Branch for the checkouts option and then choose your library's name in the Branch pulldown set date range (start date and end date) to your fiscal year then click Update Once the report runs, you will see your library's name and the number of checkouts for that date range on the bottom. If you click on your library's name or the number, you'll get a the itemized list of every title matching the # of circulations. You can also choose "Create Worksheet" to get a downloadable spreadsheet (you can open .csv files in Excel or another spreadsheet program) with the same data Woodlands Downloadable Library Collection as a whole: Start here: https://marketplace.overdrive.com/Reports, then choose Purchased Titles (first option in top right box). Once you're in there, choose Run New Report Then you can specify your date range (if you're looking for the collection as a whole, I always make the start date 1/1/2009) and then your format. If you don't narrow down format you get the total for both eAudio & eBooks mashed together. You'll have to run it separately for each format. You'll see Consortium titles on the left and Advantage titles on the right. -- Perri Saunders, Director White Pigeon Township Library 102 N. Kalamazoo St., P.O.
