[Michlib-l] Community Collection Input Survey

Hi! We are wondering if any libraries out there have conducted a survey with their patrons about their input for collection materials. Has your library ever done one? Would you recommend it? What kind of questions did you ask? We are looking for different avenues to receive patron feedback about adding to the library collection. Any help or advice is very much appreciated!
