[Michlib-l] Social media question

Do any libraries allow people other than staff to have editorial rights on your social media accounts, specifically Facebook and Instagram? If yes, why do you allow it and is it ever a problem? If no, please give me the reasons that you don't. Is that covered in your social media policy? Thank you so much!
