Rates and Eligibility The current rate for MLA Organizational Members that enroll in HealthiestYou is $12.75 per employee per month, paid by the employer. It renews annually after that. HealthiestYou can be segmented to all part-time employees, all full-time employees, or all employees, and includes access for their dependents. Plan set-up is simple and done all online.
