Subject: [Michlib-l] cultural competency training in libraries

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a cultural competency (or cultural awareness or cultural sensitivity) training they've had at their library? Or perhaps a webinar or another form of training that staff at your library took? It's fine if it's not a library specific training.

I'll compile all the results and send them out to anyone else interested in finding this kind of training.

Thanks!
