[Michlib-l] Computer guest pass question

Hello there, We've been looking at aspects of our computer use policy and were curious what other libraries had to say about guest passes for adults. Do you make patrons sign in, show ID, or anything like that? What does your policy say about a patron using the computer who may have high fines?
