Last night BPL hosted the Soo Locks Chief Park Ranger Michelle Briggs' presentation The Illustrated History of the Soo Locks. The presentation was fantastic! Michelle was knowledgeable, lively, personable, and engaging. She also went above and beyond to make sure her appearance even happened.
