This is our employee standard of conduct policy section of my employee handbook. It has notes that cover those 2 staff members of yours, Patricia, as well as a disciplinary policy. Hope this helps! Amber Hughey

The immediate need is to address two staff members who are extremely harsh and disrespectful in interacting with their colleagues, often acting as if they are an authority figure through intimidation (despite the fact that they are peers, but then denying and deflecting when coached on how this is not an appropriate or helpful dynamic).
I would like to have a broader policy that covers a wide variety of staff conduct expectations, so if anyone has a policy or a coaching/accountability process they're willing to share, I'd very much appreciate it!
