Got this question from a colleague at a school library -- wonder if anyone can assist.
"We have two students who speak and read other languages: one Korean and one Vietnamese. I am trying to find a source for popular US book titles translated into those languages. Titles like any book by Raina Telegemier (Guts, Smile, Sisters, Drama, etc.), the Baby Sitters Club series in Graphic novel by Ann Martin, or any book or series that would be of high interest to 5th and 6th grade students.
Do you happen to know any sources where I could buy titles like this? I have sources to buy books in Spanish and have those in our collection. That was relatively easy, but I have found only one source for books translated into Korean and so far none in Vietnamese."
I unfortunately don't regularly buy books in either of these languages. I found a vendor for a few titles, but the prices are bit high ($65), but assume that is to be expected?
