I receive the digest so I can't reply all to specific messages, but in response to Christopher McCollum's inquiry yesterday about staffing levels at Class 5 libraries I wanted to share that the IMLS Library Search & Compare tool is quite handy for answering questions like this.

For those who have never used it before, give it a spin. The most recent data is from 2022 but it's still very helpful.
