[Michlib-l] Mobile Hot Spots

So, tell me about your experiences with mobile hot spots. Costs, initial and on-going.  Vendors (with contact info).  Ups and downs.  Highs and lows.   We're in a rural area with sometimes spotty internet coverage, so feedback from similar libraries is especially appreciated.  But we like to hear from civilization as well around these parts.
