CLASSIFICATION:             Part Time, Hourly (17 hours per week) 

REPORTS TO:                 Head of Technical Services

DEPT:                            Miller Library                     

LOCATION:                      Miller Library

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with Knowledge Access and Resource Management.
• Manage new e-Book downloads of records (including updating SerialsSolutions Client Center and completing new coverage loads in Millennium)
• Provide back-up as needed for ERM (Electronic Resource Management).
• Assist in troubleshooting e-access problems reported by patrons and other library staff.
• Attend library staff meetings.
• Attend work related professional meetings and workshops.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the Innovative Interfaces, OCLC, Cataloging standards, SerialsSolutions Client Center
• Ability to learn new technology, have some technology skills, and detail-oriented

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an active Christian commitment
• A theology that supports the values and mission of Cornerstone University evidenced by an ability to affirm and sign the university’s doctrinal statement, “The Cornerstone Confession.”
