Anderson Public Library Anderson, Indiana Job Title: Youth Services Manager Description/Responsibilities: Bring your passion for youth, literacy, programming, and community to APL! We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee Youth Services for children and teens (birth-18) in a diverse community! You'll supervise staff, create engaging programs, shape collections, and build strong community partnerships, all while inspiring the next generation of readers and learners. As the department manager you will lead the library's efforts to inform, connect, engage, and empower children, teens, and their families. You will oversee the daily operations of Youth Services, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring welcoming, vibrant spaces for our youth patrons. You will use your creativity to produce innovative programs that promote literacy, learning, and community connection while collaborating with other departments on library-wide initiatives.
