I have been trying to register my library for a few days.  At first the issue was with Dun & Bradstreet, as they had the former name of our library in their system.  That was quickly changed to the current name but that change hasn't been reflected in SAM.  I have tried the chat box for help, but it clocks out if you don't respond in 1-3 minutes.  It is very frustrating as I was looking for the information they needed to help me and that's why it clocked out.  I have a ticket in with them but have heard nothing.  At this point, I think I have to clear my schedule to get this fixed.
