[Michlib-l] waivers for offsite activities

Hello, Staff at a couple of our branches would like to hold sledding programs offsite at a local golf course and a local park. Has anyone done anything similar to this and if so, did you require participants to sign a waiver or put on the advertising that patrons "sled at their own risk"?
