I've tried Mastodon, but it's a bit compartmentalized for a corporate account, just from my interactions. Bluesky I have minimal information on so far. I haven't played around too much with Threads either.

We stopped engaging with Twitter as well, but we haven't deleted the account...yet.
I'm very curious if anyone is looking into alternatives (running a Mastodon instance or looking into Bluesky or even Threads).
