[Michlib-l] Professional Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning & Tile Rewax

Hello all! How often do you have your carpets and upholstery professional cleaned and/or your tile floors stripped/buffed and rewaxed? It's not something we have budgeted, and I'm seeing a need for regular maintenance. I'd love to hear what other libraries do. Thank you!
